Great help when I was purchasing a property from them. Very helpful and always got back in touch via email or phone in good time. When I was having some serious issues with my solicitor, they were very helpful and providing good information. They also ensure that with the issues with my solicitor they ensured that the sellers solicitors were all ready for the exchange. Josephine and Paul especially were excellent!!

Beware getting your deposit back from them in full is not possible. They work with some of the hardest landlords and do minimal repairs when needed. In 6 years of tenancy we had many issues which was unresolved and at the end we were kicked out because we asked for repairs to be done especially on the boiler. They are not helpful and should not be in this business with such attitude. Property inspections are joke they do it every 3 months they tell you how to live your live in your home then insult you and leave . Good luck renting a property from them!!!

Perhaps they are efficient and have a professional behaviour towards the landlords but for tenants it is not the same. All that matters for them is money and, as they get it from the landlords, tenants are of no value.
It is the worst agency I have dealt with in England and I will do everything in my power to never rent a property from them again.

We have always found their well-established, experienced team to be extremely professional and thorough in vetting potential tenants for us and both front office and back office staff have always provided advice and support throughout the tenancies should any issues with tenants arise.

Their rates are very competitive and we feel we have built up a really good relationship with Guardian who we will always return to to find us new tenants.

They have a recommended team of excellent contractors such as Gas Safe Registered engineers, electricians, carpet fitters and repair men who Guardian themselves use and we also use them to look after all our properties.

Excellent service and team who have managed our properties for over 10 years. Nothing is too much trouble and we know our tenants are just as satisfied as we are. This year has been particularly challenging but the team at Guardians have navigated well through the crisis and communicated continually with us, highly recommended.

Paul and Ryan were my agents at the Guardian Harlow, selling my first property. They made it a smooth and easy experience. They care about you and what you need to know and went above and beyond to make sure i had all the information i needed. The team are upbeat and professional and very knowledgeable about the area.
