I am a neighbour, and I have had problems with tenants from Asset Grove. They use the property as temporary accommodation. They crammed a large family into a tiny property. I am facing a lot of noise issues, as their children are running, screaming and jumping.

The tenants did say they were having issues with the property and had complained to Asset Grove about a serious health and safety issue.

When the tenant moved in, they seemed pleasant people. So I was happy. However, more recently, the tenants have been throwing rubbish out of windows into my garden. I did complain to the tenants, but as you can imagine, I got abuse back. No apology.

Companies like Asset Grove are providing temporary accommodation to tenants. They get tenant A from the council and place them in a property. They don't vet the tenants. No checks are done, if the tenants have been evicted for anti-social behaviour.

On the bright side, I am just glad, the tenant are n't doing drugs, but as this is temporary accommodation, I don't know what sort of tenants, Asset Grove will put in next.

If you are a landlord, don't cause misery for your neighbours by giving properties to companies like Asset grove. Find yourself professional tenants.

2018 - Above tenants moved out. New tenants have moved in.

I am angry, their new tenants are playing loud music at FULL VOLUME. Another problem tenant from Asset Grove.

Their tenants don't have any consideration of neighbours. It is people like me who work hard and pay our taxes, that is paying for the free home these tenants enjoy. This is what society gets back in return!

I am worried about complaining, because I know I will get abuse back.

I rented out my property using Assetgrove for two years. The process of renting was smooth, and there weren't many repairs required over that period. My flat was handed back to me in very good condition. Stephen James was my contact throughout this process, he was helpful and replied quickly to my questions, either by email of phone, and met me out of hours to hand the property back to me. On the whole a positive experience that I would recommend for hassle free renting out of a property for a fixed period of time.

The worst and the receptionist is so unprofessional with no respect for callers. They do not repair their property. That is why the will try to show you the property at night so you won’t see all the problems. I’m so disappointed, I even used my own money to fixed up some of the damages and sent them the receipt but they never refund me back. I wish they try and improve their services which will take them far. I sometimes think that they treats people differently because they still have some people giving them 4 stars all customer should be treated with dignity and respect so why are we not having the same service? Mmmm I have personally called the office and complained, sent pictures on the website not was done,

After waiting for a very extended time of period I am very upset after they didn't give my deposit back. My pregnant wife has worked many hours for this 480£ as she was paid 6£ per hour at that time. I phoned them few times, asking for it. And they said they can't help. I was thinking just let it go, but recently heard about few people having the same issue with them.
Now i can kindly proceed with legal procedures because I stopped believing in their customer service.

Do not use this agent if you wish to rent out your property.

I received multiple late payments.

I was contacted by them 3 times demanding that I need a gas certificate, each occasion I had to remind them that there is no gas at the property.

Over a 6 month period they did not notify the council of the tenants in the property and I was left with a summons to pay for the council tax.

They cancelled my tenancy agreement without notifying me

Furnished items were missing when my property was handed back to me, they have not taken action on this and have responded to my complaint.

I was with Assetgrove for 4 years, guaranteed rent is convenient but you will not receive a professional service from them. In the 4 years their lack of professionalism has not changed, I doubt they take notice of Google reviews so I would not expect any improvement in this company.

Please contact the Council directly and take payments for your property directly , do not go with new company as they all are playing games. No emails or no calls contact from Asset grove but they are taking money from council , contact your local council and as landlord they can pay your directly, please tell them Asset grove did not pay for many months. ****DO IT IMMEDIATELY ******STOP GIVING ANY PROPERTIES TO ASSET GROVE OR NEW COMPANY.

Do not use this Company! Stay away. They have not paid us our rent since mid-january yet are still getting paid by the Local Authority. They do not pick up the phone or reply to e-mails. Astonishing that their website is still active and trying to find new business when they are behaving in this manner. Do not use them!

Assetgrove needs to be exposed to any landlord who is considering letting their properties with this company. I cannot understand why the council still deals with them??? something very strange about that????.

When you read reviews written about them, you will notice that there is one major problem, Landlords are either receiving very late rent or NO RENT AT ALL!. I made a huge mistake and rented out my property on a rent guarantee scheme with them.. well this was a joke.... you were never guaranteed your rent at all, when you call them on a MONTLY basis to enquirer about missing rent, there is NEVER an apology, just excuses, when you email members of their staff to deal with your complaint(Sot included) you will no get any response, I want to save Landlords from from the stress and financial implications of dealing with this company,
