I am a neighbour, and I have had problems with tenants from Asset Grove. They use the property as temporary accommodation. They crammed a large family into a tiny property. I am facing a lot of noise issues, as their children are running, screaming and jumping.
The tenants did say they were having issues with the property and had complained to Asset Grove about a serious health and safety issue.
When the tenant moved in, they seemed pleasant people. So I was happy. However, more recently, the tenants have been throwing rubbish out of windows into my garden. I did complain to the tenants, but as you can imagine, I got abuse back. No apology.
Companies like Asset Grove are providing temporary accommodation to tenants. They get tenant A from the council and place them in a property. They don't vet the tenants. No checks are done, if the tenants have been evicted for anti-social behaviour.
On the bright side, I am just glad, the tenant are n't doing drugs, but as this is temporary accommodation, I don't know what sort of tenants, Asset Grove will put in next.
If you are a landlord, don't cause misery for your neighbours by giving properties to companies like Asset grove. Find yourself professional tenants.

2018 - Above tenants moved out. New tenants have moved in.
I am angry, their new tenants are playing loud music at FULL VOLUME. Another problem tenant from Asset Grove.
Their tenants don't have any consideration of neighbours. It is people like me who work hard and pay our taxes, that is paying for the free home these tenants enjoy. This is what society gets back in return!
I am worried about complaining, because I know I will get abuse back.
Now i can kindly proceed with legal procedures because I stopped believing in their customer service.
I received multiple late payments.
I was contacted by them 3 times demanding that I need a gas certificate, each occasion I had to remind them that there is no gas at the property.
Over a 6 month period they did not notify the council of the tenants in the property and I was left with a summons to pay for the council tax.
They cancelled my tenancy agreement without notifying me
Furnished items were missing when my property was handed back to me, they have not taken action on this and have responded to my complaint.
I was with Assetgrove for 4 years, guaranteed rent is convenient but you will not receive a professional service from them. In the 4 years their lack of professionalism has not changed, I doubt they take notice of Google reviews so I would not expect any improvement in this company.
When you read reviews written about them, you will notice that there is one major problem, Landlords are either receiving very late rent or NO RENT AT ALL!. I made a huge mistake and rented out my property on a rent guarantee scheme with them.. well this was a joke.... you were never guaranteed your rent at all, when you call them on a MONTLY basis to enquirer about missing rent, there is NEVER an apology, just excuses, when you email members of their staff to deal with your complaint(Sot included) you will no get any response, I want to save Landlords from from the stress and financial implications of dealing with this company,
