In the relatively short period that I have been a client, I have found the service provided by Natasha to be extremely professional but with a distinctively personal touch, which is well-suited to owners/landlords of smaller properties. Natasha is very responsive and a good communicator. She answers queries swiftly and no problem is ever to big. Natasha is always on the end of the phone and answers consistently without the need to leave messages. I have been extremely impressed with the service received as part of our blocks management company since the takeover in May 2021.
