Evie has been absolutely amazing from the moment that we met her for the viewing throughout the Agreement signing process and everything in between. I have had previous experience of renting and there have always been hidden costs at the beginning that have not been fully disclosed but that has not been my experience with Redlet. Everything has been made clear from the beginning and Evie brilliantly and meticulously went through a long email (containing 14 points or concerns, I believe!) answering all of our questions and easing our anxieties.

It was my first time renting in the UK as I'm an International student. I had the pleasure to get assistance from Hannah and later on by Leanne. It was a very smooth renting process because they tried to help me as I was struggling with the guarantor company to accept my application. As soon as that was sorted out, they promptly managed to complete my rent contract process and I was able to move into my place right away! Will never be more grateful for their service.

I moved into this house and it was dirty, and then when cleaned the house to a better standard than left They expected us to pay £1000 in cleaning. Very difficult and stingy people. Do not recommend to work with this rental agency if possible. If you dont believe me, look at their already poor review score. I am not the only one to think this!

Really competent agents, who are well structured and organized in their lettings department. The agents in the office are always very friendly and polite, and always get any issues resolved very efficiently. They always work hard for both their landlords and tenants.

Trusting someone to take over the management of your only property can be really scary. Will they select the right people? What if my house is trashed. What if I don't get paid the rent? You hear so many tales. At the end of the day, it's all down to trust. Can I trust Redlet to manage my house the way I would do it myself?
Well the answer is absolutely YES.
The property is immaculate at the end of each tenancy. If an item needs repairing or replacing I'm contacted immediately for my opinion. There's a friendly team of administrators who know my property inside and out, who always sound cheerful and have a sense of humour. In fact, they feel more like friends.
So I'm stress free, confident that my property is being professionally managed and supervised....and good tenants pay their rent regularly.

Hannah has been incredible helping us through our first look at house hunting, she is so personable and easy to talk to. It is so comforting to have such a kind face to aid us through such a new experience. Not to mention the lovely property. The responses were quick and we got to see 3 houses in one go, all of which meeting our criteria but with different price points. Thank you!

Great lettings services, always being there if you need any help or support with anything. Would highly recommend as a student. Hannah and Leanne are very helpful.
