Genuinely nice people. Always helped me when I had an issue with the flat. Lived at the property for two years and never had any issues. I felt appreciated for taking care of the property and received my full deposit when I left. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

I would highly recommend The Letting People to anybody looking to rent out their property. They managed my flat in Leamington Spa from February 2014 to October 2021 when I sold the property. Over the years I have always received the highest level of customer service from the team. I have always had super tenants rent my property and excellent maintenance support. Victoria has been particularly helpful over the last 2-3 years, organising everything from decorators to plumbers and boiler replacements for me. I am grateful for the whole team’s support over the years and wish them all well.

We used The Letting People in 2020 when we moved into our first flat and they were nothing but helpful and welcoming and always offering assistance. Every email they would always take an interest in how we were and checked up on our new family addition which was lovely. Shame we had to leave on moving into our new home but even after vacating our property Victoria and Cassie have both been amazing in helping us to ensure we had completed all on the checklist to give us a better chance of receiving our whole deposit back!
