Excellent service -Castle Estates managed a new tenancy for my property, when another agency was unable to secure tenants. They were extremely responsive to request access, view the property and take photos to show it looking at its best. The photos were uploaded onto their site and they sourced suitable tenants, performed background checks and we signed all the paperwork. I really appreciated their professional approach, availability to problem solve and keep me in the loop.
Having being a landlord for many years, I was really impressed with their personal touch and seamless delivery. They punch well above their weight. Thank you

I have had Castles Estates as my estate agents for two years now and they have been absolutely brilliant! We have had a fair amount of flat issues including electrical problems, plumbing and furniture queries, all of which have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. I was most in contact with David, who deals with these sorts of issues, and he has been fantastic! Replies to emails within the hour, and constantly keeps you updated with when the contractor will be coming out etc. and likes to check in to make sure everything has been fixed. don't take your deposit away and make sure it is with DPS. If I didn't have my deposit with DPS, castel states would have taken my deposit away for no reasons at all. They take advantage of foreigners that don't know much about the rental law in the UK. I would choose a good reputable company to rent or buy a house, you would have a better experience and conditions somewhere else

I was a tentant from this people for few years, I had the worst experience. They never repair or change things needed ( carpets, paint etc)They also TRIED to STEAL my deposit at the end of my tenancy agreement even thiugh I retunr the flat in a great condition. Thankfully I got advice from different organisations and I mangaed to get my deposit back after nearly 4 months. But the manager Claire told me that I should not try to do anthing about getting my deposit back as they always win.. Really terrible people both the agent and the landlords. So happy I dont have to deal with them anymore. I agree with on of the reviews they had : STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

The worst estate agent. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional. Most of the reviews they had must be fake as we rented a flat from them and another 2 people I know also rented a flat from them and we all had a really bad experience . STAY AWAY from CASTLE ESTATES and go to a reputable estate agent instead f you want to rent or buy. TRUST ME; STAY AWAY

We were shown a couple of properties by Natasha - very professional, friendly and had all the information we needed about the properties, which makes your decision making a lot easier. Highly recommended.

I'm only giving Castle 5 stars because I can't give 6. After living in a property managed by Castle Estates for 4 years, I can only recommend this agency. Everything has always happened in a clear, smooth, straightforward and easy going way. They've been very responsive and fast whenever there were issues with the flat and they've always been kind.

I rented a property from Castle Estates for almost two decades. Throughout that time they were always reliable, responsive and personable; most certainly the best experience I’ve had with letting agencies. Highly recommended.
