I can't believe this agency can happily take rent off tenants every month on behalf of a so called landlord. My sibbling is renting a property from them and I seriously am not happy with the fact that problems with the property have been reported but unfortunately nothing seems to get done. I know for a fact that the the person/s that owns the property live very comfortably in a lovely home. Hardly surprising when they are charging more than enough rent every month but not willing to sort out any problems that have been reported. I'm looking in to reporting them to the appropriate authority so this can stop happening. From a concerned parent

This is probably the worst so called estate agent out there! They rip you off with their rent charges and fees and when you do have a problem or need help they are not interested. The manager Gary attitude stinks! Stay well clear this is the agency from hell..

Best agency I’ve dealt with. Tracey and Gary made everything easy so things ran smoothly and quickly and they helped out massively with problems at my end. Always answered calls and were a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend Solutions for Property.
