Wow, I am surprised to see any negative comments on here. The exeperinece me and my family had has been excellent. From the initial contact right the way through to exchange was seamless. Timescales were met, if not exceeded and we could always pick up the phone to them to update on progress/developments. No hassle and quick sale, worked out far better than putting it with an agent. I would highly recommend Midway.

Terrible experience with these con artists, I've never seen such an unprofessional property management company that does so little but charges so much in service charges and complains when you actually call them to do something and then still do nothing but will have the nerve to send you an outrageous bill! Currently in contact with ombudsman and CAB about how to proceed with these suited animals.

We rented a flat for 2 years from Midway! The team were always lovely, very happy to help and support us!

They were open with us making the flat our own, and been very easy and friendly to deal with during the entire process.

The quality of the flat was great, they had recently renovated and it felt like living in a brand new flat!

Would 100% recommend, we’ve had to deal with harsh and unfair landlords before and this was a refreshing positive experience with Midway.

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST ROUGE LANLORDS YOU COULD EVER FIND, THEY EXPOIT VULNERABLE PEOPLE, ARE FULL OF TRICKERY AND DECEPTION , HEARTLESS TO HUMAN EMPATHY, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

I was renting a place through them for over 3 years and I haven't had many problems. The issues were dealt with accordingly and the communication with the agency was good. At the end my tenancy my deposit was returned and I can say it was a good three years in a happy place.
