I’ve been with Varsity for the past 2 years and have received nothing but positivity and exceptional help! Whether it’s been queries or support they’ve been there. One thing I’ll always be thankful for is the help myself and housemates have been given when looking for our 1st, 2nd and now 3rd year house! Sophie and Olivia were the people who took us round the houses and had an answer for everything, they wouldn’t stop until we found somewhere perfect (which we did!), Thank you both for being so patient with us and even now helping us find our new property!. Elizabeth has always been there to help when I’ve had any questions and will always reply so quickly which is incredibly helpful and is the reason why I just couldn’t think of a better student letting agency to use, Thank you Elizabeth too for also baring with us, and being so caring and understanding! As I’m coming into my last year I generally can’t thank them enough, so any one who wants someone reliable, helpful and people who deliver the best customer service then Varsity Canterbury is 100% the place for you.

I have recently entrusted Varsity to manage my Canterbury student let and have been pleased beyond my expectations. Toby and his team have not only been incredibly helpful but also able to find suitable tenants within a short space off time. They have remained impartial to my disappointing experience of a previous letting agent and proceeded in a very professional manner. Amazing letting agency, especially for students! My agent was Saphy, really nice and easy going person, on time and perfect at explaining and showing the property. Any questions are answered really well and properties really do vary so you have a wide range of places in Canterbury to choose from which is ideal for a student. Really good experience would recommend!

I have had great experiences with all of the team at Varsity and have been with them for 2 years and 2 different properties. Sophie was friendly, helpful and overall great at taking us to show a range of house viewings within different price ranges and areas, and for giving us as much information as possible. Elizabeth was prompt and informative with the admin side of the contracts. And George has been fast, professional and attentive as the maintenance manager - helping us to quickly solve any issues with the property that arose, leasing with the landlord, checking in to make sure the work had been done and providing a friendly service. I would definitely recommend :)
