Cavendish Lettings have been a great Property Management Company to deal with as a tenant - I would highly recommend them! As a tenant, Cavendish have responded extremely timely to any requests for repair, or any issues with the property. They present a high standard of property on handover and really have both the tenant and owners interests top of mind. Rachel Walking has been great throughout my tenure at my rental. They have demonstrated a good balance between supporting the tenant and the landlord throughout the letting process and were an absolute pleasure to deal with on check out - unlike some other letting agents out there !!. Would definitely recommend Cavendish!

Not having rented for 40+ years ( aside from our kids often difficult uni experiences ) we were a little apprehensive. Thankfully, the staff at Cavendish were outstanding and made the whole process very straightforward and friction free. At all times professional, charming, friendly, responsive and accurate, they responded quickly and clearly to our various questions ( even the daft ones ) during the busy run up to Christmas. No doubt helped by the house owners, who were also excellent, start to finish was achieved in 2 weeks without any panic or problems.
They made it very easy for us and we'd thoroughly recomend them.

I'm a bit loath to give Cavendish a good review as it might help to make them too busy to fit me in next time! As a letting agent for my property, their service was excellent. Professional and friendly, explaining everything clearly, efficient and not hiding any devils in the detail, they were a real breath of fresh air in the property market. From my point of view, thank goodness they're tucked away in the Shambles!
