Kelly and her team was fantastic fast acting and understanding. As iv never been in this situation before even running around late at night. To get me keys and in the property that day. Couldn’t do enough to help and did exactly what they said they would.
Now I have a nice clean quiet place to stay thanks for

Ask are simply Awesome, they care and not only about landlords but tenants too which is hard to find. Ask is not just an estate agent business I feel like they are an extension of the family they are honest and trustworthy and nothing is too much trouble they are compassionate and caring which is something the big corporates lack.

Elsa and the team are fantastic 👏 they work so hard what they do and solve any issues that needed to be addressed they are their for any questions you need to ask and they will do there best to answer them.
I suffer from mental health issues and kevin part of the team came to do a look around on the property and he said if you need to talk you more than welcome to pop in the office for a chat respect to the team for that 👍👏👌 thanks for all your help 👍

Worst experience with an estate agent. Very rarely post reviews. I went into store and asked for a lady who I had been recommended (won’t name names) asked for the lady and got treated as if I was trying to scam them. All other agents are warm and friendly, the lady in question was helpful and fine arranged an appointment for a valuation. I took time out of my day on the day of the valuation, 20 minutes after they were supposed to arrive I called to be told I wasn’t in the diary. Go to any other estate agent and they would treat you in a much better way.

A brilliant property estate agency, they helped me through the process of buying a house from beginning to end, kev was an absolute diamond and will always begrateful to him. The lovely ladies in the office were fantastic and were very helpful, would recommend this company to all.
