My appointment was at 11.00 and I arrived early and thank god I did, as the queue was long had to wait 20 minutes in the queue just to get ticket. Always arrive an hour early as you never know with this visa centre. The lady that served me was very kind and helpful. I had to re-do my application. She helped me out and told me to come back to her. The waiting time was long but the people that served me were very helpful and polite.

Staff are really kind, however the place is pathetic. Nothing runs on time. No place for baby changing room. You have to carry the baby buggy all the way to first floor.. You aren't allowed to use the lift. The Parking signs are not helpful. The parking machine accepts only coins or cash.

Be assured to take a day off to visit here !!

I hope it improves and makes life easier for customers and hope the review helps others to plan their day.

People who are visiting the VFS global center may face issues with parking and waiting on premises. They dont have much room to accommodate visitors. Its better to reach the the place at least 30 before your appointment time.

OMG .. horrible place .. no order , no system… nothing .. they give appointment for people on different time slots for period of 15 minutes but be prepared to send there for the whole day. Their website is an absolute nightmare.. no clear instructions given about what documents needed, what are to be uploaded priori to appointment and what to be taken for the appointment. There is always long queues for the appointments, it’s heart breaking to see older people , young children , mothers with babies etc standing in the queue for hours and hours. And many of the staff in counters are ruthless, they just send people away for simple reasons which means the customers have to come again for another appointment for another day. I can’t believe how such an office that suppose to represent a country can work in a pathetic condition. Either Indian government or UK business standard agencies should look into this, otherwise common people will continue to struggle with this poor quality service. People would definitely use the service because it’s an inevitable service for passport, OCI, visa etc etc.. there are not enough facilities for the vulnerable people to sit while waiting for the appointment and I have seen many of them sitting on the floor due to long wait..

This place has a disabled/ stroller lift so need not to use stairs at all, however there are no signs to guide to the lift, I had to carry everything (including double stroller) 10-15 steps before I could use the lifts. Only figured out when I sat for a coffee after my appointment. A sign or a pro active receptionist would be extremely helpful.

Indian Consular service is located here. It’s a busy location. Toilets in the premise are very dirty and stinky.
car park is wired. No cash or card payment. Only online payments are possible.
No EV charging. Which is very bad
The Vista Centre has ten floors, making it the tallest building in Hounslow, and about 300 offices in various sizes. Enjoying excellent views of the nearby area

Misleading Car Parking: I paid for a whole day parking and have still been sent a parking fine. You need to repaint your car park with much clearer markings for the bays as they are not clear enough and are misleading as to which bays people should be parking in. Looks like a money making scheme here!! You supposedly operate in accordance with the International Parking Community's code of practice, well I would reconsider that statement as to do that you would actually have to have clear markings on the bays in your car park which you certainly havn't bothered to do and are taking money from honest people that are paying parking for a whole day when they only use 2 hours of your parking bay. Shame on you Vista Centre as a business you have no morals and are preying on vulnerable people!! Anyone considering parking take photos of where you have parked and all signage and floor markings and still beware!

Lifts not working,no ramp for elderly or any wheel chaired people it is very difficult.
The toilets are unclean,no tissue paper, flush not working ,of the three ladies toilet one locked and of the two one flush not working and in other bins overflowing and no toilet tissues.
No water to drink .Canteen downstairs is too costly and public transport like bus is not easily available.Location wise zero as accessibility is not all taken into consideration about handicapped and elderly as all 4 lifts are not operating the day I went.
