Excellent service from the all the team at Genie Homes; from the letting team to the finance team and the management team. They have been managing my property since 2019. The letting team do an amazing job when it comes to tenant finding and ensuring prospective tenants are thoroughly vetted. Tracy, over and over again has patiently resolved any query that I have raised and has tirelessly chased late payments. Dan is very easy to relate with and have always responded to my emails promptly, providing professional advice on issues that have come up along the way.

From the month she joined Genie Homes, the remittance was spot on. the Remittance Advice is easy and simple to follow, every unit itemised and I could reconcile the figures in minutes rather than spending hours.

Why I think Tracy is a star and stand out for me is
1. She follows up with tenants who are late in paying the rent
2. Queries are answered promptly
3. If the query asked is relevant to her, Tracy will pass it on to the concerned team to reply.
