A true test of any service provider is the efficient way they deal with problems. As a landlord for 7 years I have experienced the services of two Crawley letting agents, both were fine in their approach to finding tenants however when issues occurred with missed rental payments and the subsequent eviction Swan Property stepped up and provided extremely professional advice and service the exact opposite of the previous agent. Swan's handling of a very difficult situation was above my expectations and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
