J Property Management

J Property Management have provided me with an excellent service at an extremely reasonable price. They look after all my rented properties and do a wonderful job. Their communication skills, use of initiative and professionalism really stand above and beyond other companies I have used. I would not hesitate in recommending their services.

I only have good things to say about J Property Management. They manage everything to do with finding tenants, contracts, moving in/out, collecting rent and dealing with issues, quickly and efficiently. They are professional, responsive and excellent value. They quickly found new tenants for us which I was delighted about considering the challenging rental market conditions at the moment. I would highly recommend J Property Management.

As tenants, Jessica provided us support whenever we needed it, always there for us whenever we had a question about something related to the house, when we moved into our first property through her services. It was such a pleasure to have her as an agent as she made everything easy for us, I would recommend her agency 100 %, the services are worth it and she's such as a professional person.

I have recently started using J Property Mgmt's fully managed service for a rental property. The service so far has been excellent - the tenant find and move in process was straight forward, quick and easy and J Property Mgmt have also organised several bits of ad hoc maintenance work promptly and a reasonable cost. They are also always very responsive to emails.

I have been using J Property Management's full management service for just under a year now, and the experience has been so positive that I have even transferred another property (previous managed by a different agency) to J Property Management due to their excellent service, responsiveness and common sense approach. I have no hesitation in recommending J Property Management - Jessica and the team are great.

We rented a property managed by J Property Management. Having rented several properties in London over the years, I must say that we were never as satisfied with an agent/management company. Whenever we had a request for repairs in the property, Jessica was quick to arrange for it to be fixed. In addition, during the term of the tenancy, we bought our first property and hence had to terminate the tenancy on the flat we were renting. Jessica was very understanding and happy for us, and she helped secure the landlord's consent for us to leave as soon as another tenant was found, which was done quickly. If we ever decide to rent out our property, it will definitely be through J Property Management.

Had such an amazing experience with J Property Management. Jessica was incredible and made the whole experience great, I don't think you'll ever find an agent like her. She was so responsive, resolved any and all issues we had with the property and overall left us with a really positive experience. The whole team were friendly and really professional.
