Lift broken for 3 weeks and counting… it makes the £240 a month service charge for our little 1 bed flat feel not worth it at all… especially when every time something goes wrong we have to constantly chase Ringley.

Photo also shows dead maggots in the bin room. Apparently £600 a year goes towards steam cleaning of the bin area. No clean in the past 2 years so what has happened to the £1200 ?

How are people saying 5 stars to this management company? If I can give them 0 stars, I would. This is a company that does not care about their properties or the tenants who live in it. This is a company who loves to over charge, ignore our concerns and refuse to fix issues that have been ongoing for weeks - months. One example (out of so many), we have been charged for window cleaning since we moved in (which was in September 2020) but not once have they cleaned our windows. Yet, they're charging us £1200? How is that acceptable? Another issue has been that our one and only communal elevator has been out of service for almost a month and there hasn't been one person who has come to fix it or even check on the issue. The property manager, the company as a whole has been utterly disappointing. Please check who is your property management company before purchasing property!

Andy has been the most amazing person throughout this whole year that we have lived at Greyfriars in Coventry. He was quick to answer any query we had and always did his best to accommodate our requests. Furthermore, our renting process was more complex than the usual due to our unusual circumstances, but Andy went the extra mile to help us with everything and make us feel welcome and safe. Thank you Andy a million times for looking after us while our paths crossed this past year, and we truly wish you all the best for the future!

Excellent in supporting in an emergency at an issue in amity court.
Jess and Mike came straight over when I contacted on a Friday night following a leak due to a burst pipe.
I’m impressed with how organised and professional they were supporting the issue after hours.
Jess continued to support the following day sorting out contractors to get the issues sorted on the Saturday and kept me informed constantly

Had a tenancy with Ringley for 1 year. Ringley are responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment is warm, clean, quiet and well-furnished. The building is managed exceptionally well by the Ringley team. Jo is our main point of contact and has always been great. Thank you also to the lettings negotiator Gabriella who has been very kind and helpful, with very quick responses to all our questions. Thanks all!

To begin with, working with Ringley was great, the property is nice and the journey to get the property to let was good. Everything was digital which was useful as someone trying to get the property while I was travelling.

However when I got to the property, I found that the heating did not work in the living room and the internet was deactivated. These were solved with some urgency, though there should not be anyway that the property ended up like this before I got here, and they had 2-3 weeks of the property being vacant before I started the rent. I have ended up with issues surrounding car parking that still exist 20 days after the rent started, with no resolution in sight.

Overall, it seems like there is an urgency to get people into the rental properties and the problems they encounter have no real processes and timely resolution.

Excellent service from Liam (Langley Square, Dartford) I had an issue with a unknown car which had parked in my space for over 1 week. I was quite stressed about this as there is no other available parking in my development except your allocated parking space. I contacted Liam our site manager who responded to the issue straight away. He supported me with escalating to the issue to the council and also arranging for temporary parking. Liam went the extra mile to find resolution which I really appreciate. Thank you very much!

I live in William Mundy Way in The Emperor Block.

The cleaning in our block is kept spotless throughout the year.
Unfortunately we have people living in this block who create quite a mess. I love coming home from a long days work to see the stairs and floors and hallway lovely and tidy from top to bottom. The products that are used smell amazing too. Maria the cleaner has superb cleaning standards which is something I really appreciate. Our block is always left well cleaned and smelling fresh throughout after Maria has left in the morning.

Thank you so much Maria your customer service and outstanding standards mean a lot to us. I wish you a very happy and healthy Christmas and New Year.
