Been with Professional Properties 14 years, excellent service from a dedicated letting agent. Have just given me a rent guarantee policy for FREE! Great team of staff based on the High Street in Burton - If you have a property to let use a Professional Agent with a wealth of experience.

As a landlord I have experienced an outstanding service by Professional Properties, the staff have cared for my tenants and looked after any issues with complete professionalism! I have recommended them to family and friends all who agree the service is beyond excellent! Thank you so much! :)

AVOID we have had nothing but problems with this company ever since we signed the papers after having checks they added more fees that they did not specify until day of singing final aggrements.
Once we had moved in the built in cooker was broken and did not work. contacted them and they said the contacted the landlord we had to wait 2 WEEKS !! living off takeaways and microwave meals in order to eat and they did not seem to care.
If you are late paying the add £25 late fee onto your rent which was 1 day late.
Every 3 month had a routine inspection and photo's where taken without asking me first !!
VERY rude staff both from derby branch and Burton branch and they do not care at all about The tenents who are renting the property.
THEY ARE ALL FOR THE LANDLORDS AND NOT THE TENENTS AT ALL !

These guys are so amazing! My brother is moving to burton and we went to view on of their houses. The company is so organised they guy who showed us around Brandon was so nice he was patient, he seemed to genuinely want to find my brother a house and he really helped us make a better decision! They called to know how it was going we just appreciated their service compared to stupid and careless agencies that don't even have your time. I'm really pleased

Have used PP as my letting agents for almost 20 years. Very friendly and lovely staff over the years. Never needed to use any other agent. PP have been as loyal as we have and have always filled any vacancies quickly and with good tenants .
You couldn't get better. Keep up the good work.

As a landlord I've had several negative experiences with this company. One set of tenants caused a lot of damage to the property. Later, they accepted a smoker to rent the property and despite their 'checks' did not have a clue he was smoking inside the property, long term, therefore causing significant damage and costly rectification. However, they returned his deposit with most consultation. When challenged, it transpired managers are married or related to each other, so don't expect any kind of decent investigation. Adding to this they had wrong inventory details! AVOID! I finally moved them on.

With out a doubt the worst company I have ever had to have dealings with! Unfortunately ended up renting a house through this estate agents and had been nothing but trouble from the get go. The house being falsely advertised with extra living space ... that didn't even exist to which I was told I wouldn't receive my deposit back if I pulled out and I wouldn't receive a lower rent either. Moved into the house with multiple problems, things broken, dirty, black mould, damp ect and It almost like I have to fight and be at logger heads for them to actually do anything. I'm currently in a situation with them where I have a hole in my flat roof, there level of repair was to take a slab of my garden and place it on top .... inevitably this has led to more problems which include part of my ceiling falling down 3 weeks in and still no repair, being told "well you have another living room don't you" any one looking to rent buy sell PLEASE avoid this company at all cost.

Simon Joyce was both professional and very responsive to our queries about the area. Being new to the area he went out of his way to ensure we had the benefit of his considerable local knowledge. Highly recommend their services.
