I would highly recommend Amax Estates and the team. From the word go I was called back straight away and guided through all I needed to know. They are completely open and transparent and don't have 'hidden extra costs' which I have encountered in the past with other agents. I wouldn't even give them one star, lucky for them i had to. Very unprofessional from top to bottom. They are disrespectful with people with mental and physical issues. They don't fix what's broken, they don't care about the wellbeing of thier tenants.

I'd never use these again. They way they treat me, the two workmen they had working for them where so unprofessional, looking through my belongings and sniffing my underwear. The people in the agents where shouting the odds at me on the phone. Told me things where going to get done but they didn't, very unprofessional!

If I could give a 0 I would but I can’t sadly, the workman kicked my cat across room sadly I had to get her out down because she was to heavy… my kids are crying now.

I was with them for 19 months (worse 19 months of my life ) in that time there was floods front doors stuck couldn't get in or out phone amax tell them and they forgot about me my brother come help me out the property (this happened more than once) a fire where old fashion smoke alarms when up its contented to mains (from the leaks they didn't fix) I could carry on with what was wrong like mice,slugs and rats
There staff have no training dealing with people with mental health got noone where with this company fixing things in the end I call the house office in gravesend Council to look at the property(it was making my mental health really bad )im glad to be away from this company and its staff I wouldn't trust this company with a box let alone a building -----00⭐️

Appalling service - if I could give 0 stars I would. Staff are rude, aggressive and outright lie. Found myself in the ridiculous position of having to threaten to sue them after things they had said about me. Eventually at the eleventh hour an apology finally came. Laura was awful, a law unto herself, unhelpful, rude and couldn’t provide basic information. The manager Maxine was never available and even had staff lie about her presence in the office! Avoid like the plague, worst customer service I have EVER received. Such a shame as we had a lovely flat and brilliant landlord. Will never deal with them again!

DO NOT DEAL WITH AMEX!!! This agency organised the parking in an estate where I was resident and after I lost my parking permit I asked them for an other one and they refused to give me one and started to accuse me that I own an other car on that estate and even after I proven that I don't have the other car and had to go to the police to clarify it and handed in the case reference number they still haven't replaced my permit and given 15 parking charges and failed to provide me evidence about where the accusation came from. Of course they say they do not organise the parking but why I needed to go to pick up my parking permit from Amex at the first place then. In there first reply they said I was spying through my neighbours windows with my drone😂😂😂? They kept semding me back and forth with Waterman house who's taken £900 off my depozit for holes on the walls when I even painted the rooms for them and after we moved out they did a false inventory check that I will challenge as the lockdown has lifted and everything is open.😎🔓 Come on Amex if you want to publicly embarrass me and force me to take my review off you need to come up with something better then false accusations because that's all you got and I never even rented from you where is your information coming from. Unprofessionals and incompetent to run an agency. Do not forget GDPR is existing. I got all the emails as evidence.
