First 4 Lettings

This was our first rental experience and definitely a good one. We spent three years at this home and the letting agents were brilliant. They were always readily available on the phone (never had to wait around for someone to pick up in the office) and always sorted our queries and maintenance issues promptly. We began to know people at the office with a first name basis and everyone has been extremely friendly, professional and kind. We are sad to leave this home and company. Thank you First 4 Lettings!

Very smooth and professional, easy to contact staff. If one is not familiar with your concern, they seem to be readily able to locate all information and still help. My properties are never empty for long and most tenants have been very good. I think the agency that checks tenants out of the property is very variable and that agency has needed to be more thorough on occasion. But generally very good.
