This review is based on a specific experience I just had with Alice at JPW. My tenant who lives in a block of flats managed by JPW complained of a leak from the flat above on the evening of Bank holiday Monday that just past and I called the emergency number that got picked up straight away and the issue was recorded. The lady on the other side addressed it straight away within minutes and the property manager Alice had contacted the landlord of the flat who had the leak and send me a follow up email to confirm this will be looked at the next day and further follow ups were promised. She stuck to her word and made sure the issue was resolved and 2 days in, everything was resolved. Credit given where due and this was an exceptional experience and I thank you for that. I hope you keep up the great work!

JPW real estates is an absolutely amazing company, I can’t praise them enough. They are always very professional and prompt with all queries and go above and beyond to help. Rani has been helping me with my queries and she even answered her phone whilst on annual leave and resolved my issue on the same day. I’m pretty certain I won’t get this from any other management company. A very big thank you to Rani :)

Never dealt with such a company. On occasions we were lucky to have someone good - and then they left for better prospects! Asked for thousands upfront for much needed renovations to communal areas of my small block of flats. Took nearly 3 years to get a specification. And, once works completed, the flooring laid wasn't something durable enough for my bathroom! The explanation was 'we wanted to get something in place'. I no longer live there, but that floor won't last another year. Avoid at all costs if you live in a small block. They are only interested in the ones that make them money. I bet that's where the lino came from that ended up in our hallway!!

I would add that Alice was always helpful.

Horrible horrendous service. I have no idea how they are still in business and get property management assignments. Phoneline never works and if rings gets disconnected before you even press your option. My intercom hasn't been working from ages and haven't had any response from them. It's a constant chase with a dead end. I really need a functional intercom as missing out on so many deliveries and than had to contact the delivery service provider for a pick. Such a wastage of time. Can you help?
Wow! this is how you respond to a review. No wonder most of your reviews are poor and disappointing and your company will continue to receive until you actually show some empathy and provide actual customer service rather than writing an essay as defence mechanism.

Awful customer service. They used to manage our block of flats and would routinely ignore all residents emails and phone calls, often for up to months at a time. I was requesting an important document from them after purchasing one of the flats for 8 months. When the document finally arrived, they had spelt my partners name wrong, despite having countless documents in their possession with the correct name.
I don't think I ever saw them carry out any of their duties they were required to do e.g. safety checks for the entire year they managed the properties, but were happy to chase tenants for payments. We became tired and switched management companies and things have been much better since. Avoid at all costs.

Have chased on several occasions for payment for services provided to a building currently managed by JPW. The accounts team do not come back to your emails and when I have called requesting for payment they are unable to process it. Very poor service

JPW are horrible to work with as leaseholders. They are not in control of any of their processes resulting in leaseholders having to pay additional costs. They do not take any responsibility of their actions and start ignoring clients when they do not want to admit fault. It's the most unprofessional firm I've ever dealt with.

Rani and her colleague Alice have been doing a fantastic job with obtaining an EWS1 form for properties in Blackthorn Road Ilford. I've had several phone calls from Rani and Alice assuring me that the surveyors are completing their report as fast as they can. This shows a real personal touch, despite both being very busy. Thanks very much
