I’ve dealt with some bad lettings agencies in the past, but thankfully I can say that Squares is not one of them. I rented a room in one of Square’s properties for a little over three years and received a quality and professional service for the entirety of my tenancy. The staff are friendly and helpful. For example, they went out of their way to ensure a new key reached me when I had lost mine at work and I couldn’t make it to Squares before it closed for the evening. The cleaners they use provide an excellent service. Minor maintenance issues that arise with things like plumbing, or white goods are sorted as soon as possible and any issues I ever spoke to them about in person or over the phone were reacted to quickly and efficiently in a professional manner. It’s those things that make a big difference went it comes to dealing with lettings agencies. So I’d like to thank them for their excellent service, I’d definitely use them again in the future and fully recommend them for anyone looking to rent a property.

The worst estate agency in Leighton Buzzard by far. Unprofessional and only interested in getting their fees. Once they have your money they do not care about any issues you may have. They will fob you off because they just can't be bothered. How they manage to stay in business is very surprising.

Terrible and really rude customer service. Just to give an example I asked for someone to come and look at the dishwasher because it is not working and it belongs to the landlord. I was told it is not a prioroty and I should just wash the dishes by hand. Also a garage came with the property that we are unable to use. Before we moved in we were told it is gonna get fixed. After we singed the contract they just refuse to deal with it saying we agreed to have a non working garage...

Having bought my property from Squares 15 years ago without a hitch, I thought it the only logical solution when I came to selling it again. Leon and his team went above and beyond to ensure that my sale, which was a little bit complicated, went through without causing me any stress or hassle. I couldn't recommend them enough as a friendly, reliable agent who will be professional from start to finish.

Absolutely disgusting treatment to tenants, house was supposedly "professionally cleaned" but there was grease all over the kitchen, dust and webs in the hallways and rooms, stain in carpets, mould along all windows and especially in the bathrooms. I pointed out all of these issues before agreeing the rental and was promised these would be resolved but surprise surprise they were not. Left instantly and the woman called Leela can only be described as the word used for a female dog.

Just called them and they let me wait for an hour and than shut down the call. When i call back they even refuse my call!! Feel treat very bad as a customer!! Trust me keep away from them!!!

Disgusting behaviour. I phoned up to enquire about a property and the line cut off for a second so I asked the lady politely if she could repeat her answer and she snapped at me. I once again maintained my calm and asked some more questions but it soon became very obvious that she had no interest in helping me with as much as a viewing nor did she sound like she cared much about her job. Obviously I was given the "we'll call you back" which will never happen let's be honest.

Rented from them for a year and a bit. Problems from the beginning with old tenant leaving belongings in shed, promised to remove and never did. Damages that occured in storm to front of house they refused to repair leaving us having to saw down the unsafe part ourselves. No air vents in kitchen for ventilation. Very bad attitude of all agents and staff, rude and not truthful. Would never use again and ask you avoid for your own sanity.
