My experience with Green Acorn has been excellent, you couldn't ask for anymore from a landlord or letting agent. They have always been friendly, thoughtful and extremely helpful throughout my tenancy. They were always quick to respond to my queries and fast to solve any problems. Uniquely, they also strive to find tenants who would fit in with the current tenants. My housemates were all of a similar age and all sociable, many of them have become good friends. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Very pleased with the attentive, friendly and hassle free approach to property letting through Green Acorn. I was very impressed that any issues/repairs required on the house were dealt with efficiently and well within 24 hours of reporting to the office. If you are looking to rent property at a reasonable price in the Bristol/Bath area, I can highly recommend this agent.

Some of the property agents I've experienced in the past can be really rude or not attentive can leave weeks to deal with an issue (if not a pressing one) or ignore you in the property altogether. Green Acorn were the opposite of this completely. If there was ever an issue Charles would always help us as soon as possible, emailing or calling me to keep me informed of the progress, at no extra charge.

Green Acorn have done tenant referencing for two of my properties. I chose them as my agent after going through their reviews on google and I must say that they have kept up to their reputation. I have had a very pleasant and hassle free experience with David who has been very professional in his dealings and the communication has been excellent. On both the occasions he found quality tenants for my properties and that too fairly quickly. I will surely use their services in future and do recommend them highly.

Green Acorn, and David in particular, have been fantastically efficient in managing our property. They don't charge spurious set-up fees, they found us good tenants, they have carried out any work that needed to be done, they have inspected the property and sent photos, and the rent has always been paid on time. Their communication has been great from the start. They are almost too good to be true. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am an overseas student, and as it turned out, in Bristol it is difficult for students to find a flat to rent. However, I was very lucky to meet David from Green Acorn Property, who helped me with finding a needed flat and moving into there. It is worth mentioning that I needed to move into the flat urgently, because I didn't have any other place to go, and David helped me to arrange it immediately, even if it was Sunday. Also, when I had any questions, David used to give me quick responses to them via e-mail.

So, I recommend Green Acorn Property to everyone as it is an agency, which really cares about its clients.

Me and my friend was in need for a flat in Bristol desperately. I was lucky enough to have Charles with me who helped me view the flat and sort out the deposits later that day in a hassle free way. Since then, when I have needed help with something or any queries I have, they never fail to get back to me very quickly and always manage to help me out.
