Year on year substantial increase in overall bill. Hedge cutting - tops have not been cut whereas in previous years has been routinely. Transactional conversations citing legal document, frequent stonewalling and a general passive aggressive tone despite multiple attempts to have a constructive conversation. Electricity meters showing zero usage are not read, except bills are issued - baffling. Gardening previous year invoice £1250, now £2880 with AM for am exceptionally poor service. Note many of these reviews are from suppliers, not residents, for the sake of transparency. Judge for yourselves if you believe this looks well managed...

We've had the unfortunate experience of being tenants operated by AMBSM for the last 2 years. Within the first year we had a burglary where 8 bikes were taken, whereas this would be seen as 'Breaking and entering' it was not the case given they had no need to break anything as AMBSM practically let the thieves in with their shoddy workmanship.

AMBSM refuted all responsibility of the theft despite landlords having documentation going back 2+ years of them asking for a door replacement. That's not the AMBSM way.

We waited a further 8 months after the first theft for the door to be changed. We had the door lock changed by AMBSM after months of E-Mails, only to have another break in last night.

As before, nothing was broken except the shoddy workmanship on behalf of AMBSM. The door did not require a key but a simple push and the thieves were inside the building.

This company is an insult to the landlords who garner deals and the tenants who are in the unfortunate place to have to live in their un-safe apartments.

Avoid this company at all costs or you'll find it will cost you much, much more in the long run.

Hard-working bunch! The amount of sites they oversee is impressive. And I know that they spend a lot of time troubleshooting and problem solving for their tenants. I think Matt has a great team behind him and I look forward to seeing what they can achieve in the future.

Worst possible management you can have for your home/apartment building. unprofessional, over-pricing, and they never do a step beyond. nightmare to communicate and some of their employess are harsh to even talk to. would definitely not recomment these guys.

We have had several leaks in our flat for multiple years and AMSBM has been unable to solve them. Our flat has suffered severe damages to the walls and ceiling and in occasions we even had rain coming through. These leaks have persisted several times right after AMSBM investigations and supposed fixes. As a result, our flat has been in a damaged state for several years with no solution in sight.

This review is based on the positive experience I had with Abbie Johnson from AM Surveying. I was selling my property, which is managed by AM Surveying and there were issues along the way that I needed advice and help on, particularly to do with the EWS1 form. Abbie kindly provided me with the relevant documentation and advice, which ensured my sale did not fall through. Very good communication and I am thankful that my property has now sold. Many thanks

As a supplier to AMS&BM, I know how much effort the senior management team make to ensure their operational procedures and use of online tech facilitates high quality estate management. Ultimately, lots of what block managers do and the time involved in transacting quotes, works orders and health and safety matters aren't seen by leaseholders and occupiers. AMS&BM care about what they do and the service they provide to their customers. They seem to be guided by a strong moral compass, attend industry events to keep on top of the latest legislation and do some great charity events. This is a personal review and the views are my own.
