Excellent service from start to finish! The team are so lovely and made the experience stress free, quick and easy! Even when I experienced a little plumbing issue during my time at the property they sent one of there contractors out straight away and arranged a time and a day that suited me! It’s been such an easy process and I will really miss the property and the staff that I got to know over time. If your looking to rent a property in the Leicester area, these are the people to call! Terrible property 'management' 'service'. Service and management are non-existent. Rented a property in Loughborough for 2 years with ongoing problems. Avoid their properties at all costs.

Butlin Property Services run their business with a breathtaking incompetence and arrogance.
I live in a ‘luxury’ apartment block which promised a lot when we purchased our apartment, but the reality is very different from the sales pitch.
We were promised 24 hour security, but this hasn’t occurred and thefts are rife
We have a broken window which has not been repaired for over a year.
Lights in communal areas have not worked for ages.
Hot water supply is temperamental.
Nothing gets done unless we complain directly to the Landlord.
I would advise anyone considering moving to an apartment run by BPS to go elsewhere for peace of mind.

Butlins have managed a number of flats for us in the centre of Leicester for many years. Their service has been professional, reliable and based on their first class knowledge of the local property market. The property I lived in was managed by Butlins and during the years I interacted with them (until I moved out) they were professional and efficient. The staff were always prompt and friendly in dealing with issues. I recommend them without reservation and will use them again if I ever need property management services in the future.

Butlins is an awful company to deal with. They seem to never get anything done and their members of staff are really rude; especially Glen. Glen has no communication skills and makes up problems to make it look like he knows what he’s talking about. Also, he is really unprofessional as he walks into rooms without permission and brings family members along to jobs.
