Paul and Joe have let out our property for over 4 years.
Having only 1 change of tenant. They make the process for everything so easy and hassle free. From competitively priced maintenance to updates on the properties Condition. When we had the change of tenant we had no loss of rent the process was organised and I didn’t have to get involved. Fantastic service friendly and always at the end of the phone for both myself and our tenant. Would highly recommend.

Out of all estate agents I have had experiences with Countywide was by far the best, I had the experience of dealing with Joseph and when looking for a property he suggested a house we ended up having and was always quick to respond to any queries or problems i had. I never had to worry about not getting any replies like my previous estate agents! Including when leaving the property this was done quickly and I recieved my deposit within a week! Enquired about selling my house with this fantastic family run business earlier in the year, was quickly offered an appointment and the property was listed and sold before some other estate agents even contacted me back.
The whole process was smooth, efficient and extremely professional despite my many questions which were always answered and advice given around the whole process. Thank you Joe, wouldn’t use anyone else!

Rude and arrogant. I enquired about a property to rent. I arranged a meeting at 5.15, unfortunately due to an incident on the roads the traffic was worse than normal and I was running a few minutes late. I received 2 phone calls by 5.17 and a rude text message by 5.18, only 3 minutes after my appointment time. I called to say I was sat in traffic and will be around 3 minutes, this would have put me just 6 minutes late to be told be berated and told I should've left more time although it had taken an hour and 15 minutes to do a 30 minutes drive. I can understand if I was extremely late (half hour) but only 6 minutes when the traffic was worse than usual due to an incident, the attitude was disgusting.

I have been using Countywide Properties for a couple of years now to look after my properties. I would highly recommend them, they have always been very quick to find good quality tenants and deal with everything promptly and professionally.
