Ogilvy and Sneyd

Rented a property from Ogilvy and Sneyd for 18 months; brilliant first property, we absolutely loved it. Any slight problem we had Will or Chris were prompt to respond and get it sorted for us. They were ways helpful and prossesional. Very friendly, quick and easy service throughout. If we hadn't have been lucky enough to buy our own property we would have stayed for much longer! They have been very helpful and professional throughout the move. It seems that they gave our details to a few companies once we had decided to move which was a surprise. I don't know if we checked a box at some point to agree to this however. Also found that occasionally the response time was a little slow and required reminders.

All said I would recommend them as a company as I have found them to always be polite, accommodating and professional.

Rented from them for just over 3 years. Brilliant value for money on the house however very lacklustre in their managing of the property. Took 2 years to get a properly working boiler (this was only replaced after the gas engineer condemned it) Once that was fixed a crack developed in the double glazing where the seal had gone, this was reported when it first happened however didn't get sorted until the crack spanned the entire inside pane of the cartridge. Again brilliant house for the money but if anything does go wrong, don't expect a speedy response. Even took us 4 days to get a call back to get confirmation they had received our notice.
