We have worked along side Nicholas Jones Residential for a number of years; In the first instance just using their Tenant Find Only service. We were impressed from the first property we gave Nick so continued to pass him the remainder of our Portfolio as and when it came up.

Nick and his team have consistently provided a professional and impressive service, achieving great rental prices with fantastic tenants (who look after the property) in a timely and stress free manor.

As the portfolio grew, we no longer had time to manage it ourselves; Given the experience we had received so far, we were more than happy to pass this over to Nick and his team. We have not regretted that move one bit.

It’s hard to find an agent in Oxford as conscientious and hardworking as Nick and his team. We would truly recommend their services to anyone looking for help with their properties from a company who genuinely care about the tenants, the property and the Landlord.

I highly recommend Nick and his team. I was an accidental landlord due to circumstances beyond my control so felt nervous about letting my home and really wasn't knowledgeable about what to do or how things work. Nick communicated clearly and swiftly and was always up to date on the ever changing legal rules and regs of the rental sector. I used the full managed service and feel he did everything he could to provide reassurance and peace of mind. In particular, he was an excellent guide and advocate when it came to handling a minor dispute with tenants. I greatly appreciate his efforts and would encourage anyone to use his services.
