Proudhouse Property Management and Lettings

Didn't use Proudhouse directly but had to make contact as they provided tenants next door to us.
Within a few days of them moving in we noticed a distinct smell constantly in our home that smelt awful.
To keep this short as we're now into week 7 of this issue Proudhouse were completely unhelpful in sorting the issue with tensions developing between us and next door for eventually the police having to be called.
Even now still no real resolution as the smell continues to waft through our home. Didn't help its been during one of the hottest periods of weather in UK history so we've had to keep certain windows closed to stop the smell from coming in so much.
Proudhouse had no interest in helping, nor the landlords of the property. Hid behind their policies and took no ownership. Cash in the pocket for them, distress for us.
Think a company name change is required as there's nothing to be Proud of here.

Proudhouse did a fantastic job managing my property while I was abroad for 2.5 years. They were extremely friendly and responsive both to me and my tenants, and made it very easy for all involved. Their admin is very good, with the majority done online - for compiling tax returns at the end of the year it was very easy to find the information about incomings and outgoings. Overall Proudhouse offer a great service at a very reasonable rate and I would use them again without question.

Proudhouse has been managing my rental properties for several years and always provides an efficient and personal service. Enquiries are dealt with promptly and effectively which was not the case with my former high street agent, and I think the small team, headed by Nicola, understands that whilst this is a business, they are also dealing with people’s homes, and their approach is fair and considerate to both tenant and landlord.

I’ve been with Proudhouse as a landlord almost since they started out in 2014 & have always had a great working relationship with Chris, Nic & the team. I don’t live that close to my property therefore require any issues sorting out without me having to micro manage. I always have full visibility of what’s going on regarding my property, which is exactly what I want. I would have no hesitation in recommending Proudhouse to any potential landlords.

I’ve used Proudhouse for the last 5-6 years for various tenant finds and management services. I manage some of my properties myself but it has been really useful to have a flexible service to keep my costs down but also lean on this professional company for aspects beyond my capability or capacity. I’ve always recommended them and will continue to do so.

Proudhouse property are an amazing estate agents and I would highly recommend people to use them in the future.

We have moved due to landlord selling the house and if they didn't we'd still be with proudhouse. From Nicola in the office to Lisa who does the inspections they have been very helpful and very understanding especially after covid hit and we were furloughed they offered support through out the whole process.
