Nickolds Property Management

Very unethical across all levels:
1. These guys posed on SpareRooms as non-agency advertiser. Only to show up as an estate agent collecting rent, deposit and agency commission.
2. Property was eventually rented £20 weekly more than initial specified (found out this happened to some of my housemates too)
3. Property was said to have things it didn't especially WiFi.
4. Agreement was covered up. I highlighted that a 6 month agreement does not apply to me as per initial verbal agreement: I was only after a short let for initial one week towards deciding on a longer term within a month. Nichola told me not to worry about it, she buttressed that my case was unique. They eventually used this as a reason not to refund my deposit.
5. Gave verbal notice to Keele and she said it's okay. Then I moved out with everything left intact but the company won't refund. Luckily enough, I paid with my business account and Barclays are now on the verge of recovering money for lack of service provision. My paralegal is also on standby to smash the dubious agreement.

I lived in Nickolds Property's and I stayed in about 4 different houses while renting off then and I was happy with the places I rented off them. I still got family renting off Nickolds and they r very happy with the place they r renting. All the ladies that work at Nickolds property are all very halpful and thoughtful and do listen to your problems and try to sort them out for u so your ok in the property and the furniture in the places u rent off them are good. They helped me and my family when we had no where to live and helped sort the rent and paper work out for us. Thank u very much to u all at Nickolds property management

During the worst time of my life I visited nickolds for housing and I received top class service from Caroline and Keely, the house I moved into was clean and tidy and the housemates was friendly and welcoming
