When we moved into the property, it was absolutely filthy and disorganised. A lot of the furniture and necessities were broken, there was scaffolding on the house (that we weren't told about), they left the old furniture in the house and expected us as tenants to remove it all for them.
Barely anything was sorted out, organised or cleaned and the agency were very dismissive of us. They fined us £100 of our deposit for things that were either nonsense, unfair, or hypocritical. We left the house in a much better condition than how we arrived to it, and yet are the ones being fined.
We do not recommend Kingstons AT ALL!!!!!

If possible, I would give them 0 stars, please avoid them.When we moved into the property, no one from the agency came with us so we can go inside the rooms and double check everything. The house was not clean, we had a mouse trespassing for more than six months and was still there when we left.We had problems with the shower and they got someone to fix it, who did not ring the bell and just entered the property with keys from the agency. When we left, they claimed deductions from deposit for fabricated reasons. The worst agency ever, please avoid at all costs!!

If i could give this company 0 stars I would, the first red flag should have been that he was late to the viewing and didn’t know what house he was going to, the second and main red flag was offering us to pay a £50 deposit instead of £80 if we left a 5 star review. I’m not surprised they’re doing this to cover up the awful customer experience especially working with mainly students. This company is awful do not give them any money or sign anything.

I would to give them a zero star if I can. The worst agency ever. Don’t fall for their 5 stars. I live in one of their property. We have a lot of things need to maintain in our house . We reported it. No one comes to fix it. JUST DONT RENT FROM THEM

The staff were all so lovely and so helpful! They managed to find an amazing house for us well within our budget. I highly recommend them!

Just signed a contract on a student house. Very happy with how quick and efficient Kingstons were with our viewings and in turn processing everything after a decision had been made. Very grateful.

I had an excellent viewing session with Laura today. She tailored and adjusted our viewings to exactly what we wanted. We fell in love with the property so much we signed the very same day!!

Very easy service, we managed to get a student house quite late into the term. They provided us with a lot of information, and it was a friendly service. Highly recommend.
