I came to Velvet Chase as a tenant after my previous flat fell through at the last moment, as a joint venture with another agency. together they found and arranged a very high-quality flat in the Roath area and I am very pleased with it all. service has been wonderful with both Mr Ahmed and Tia are both polite and genuine, it has been a very refreshing experience with a letting agency given some of the issues I have had elsewhere. Fully recommended.

I have been a tenant of velvet chase for one year now and I have not experienced any problems whatsoever. As landlords they were incredibly kind and helpful and would always give us advanced notice for viewings or any maintenance in the flat. Any repairs or problems I had I would email them and would always get a quick reply and solution.

No matter what the problems happen such as boiler or water, once we reported that, they can respond very fast. The apartment I rent is convenient and cozy. I highly recommend it.

We spent hours cleaning a property before we left, only for the landlord to deduct from our deposit for cleaning fees. Completely a scam, I'm sure they do this to every tenant. Go with someone else. He gets people to put these 5 star reviews, and I did so originally but I regret that.

My Son is renting one of Velvet Chase's properties, it's in an excellent location and good value. Mr Ahmed has been very responsive in dealing with any issues and has a good understanding and patience with his student tenants. When I have been in contact with Mr Ahmed he comes across as a genuinely nice person and is very responsive and professional.

My son rented a flat this year in Cardiff with them and the whole experience has been so far perfect. Mr Ahmed and their maintenance team solve any problem as soon as it is reported without any hassle. Would recommended without a doubt

Rented through Velvet Chase for two years. Never had any issues with the property, and when the washing machine broke after Christmas, it was replaced within two days.
Velvet Chase kept us informed of any electrical, fire or gas inspections. Our check-out inspection was very easy and the agent carrying it out was very friendly. A reliable student and professional letting agency.
