I had gone in on a Thursday to register myself and my 2 young children for library cards only to be told the librarian would be around from 2pm. I'd arrived at 11am. 😒
So had to go back the following day which I hadn't planned on.
There were people there who needed help with the printer and couldn't use it because no member of staff on hand.

The following day I had help from librarian to get registered. She was helpful but a bit rushed as she also had to run the wiggle and rhyme session for the toddlers. I stayed for the session with my little one and I must say she was very engaging and the children enjoyed themselves.

I must say the library area is very small though, it's a shame it wasn't slightly bigger.

I pre-registered for the library on the Lambeth website then collected my card in person. Went to the library at a designated staffed time and collected my card in less than 5 minutes. Staff were knowledgable, helpful and friendly.

By far the noisiest library I have ever been to. If you're looking for a quiet place to read or study then avoid this place like the plague!

Excellent if small local library which also acts as a much needed community hub. There is also a café here which makes it a great place to meet up with friends, or go and relax and read alone. Highly recommended.

We have always found the staff at this library friendly and helpful. My son and I come most weeks to pick out new books and sit and read for a bit. The library is in a community space that is really fresh and clean and seems to have lots of great resources for people who might need them, including a free clothes rail and food bank. It's always a pleasure to visit.

A lovely fun, buzzy place and a real community hub.
Very helpful librarian when I needed a non- disturbing book to read because of being ill.
