You don't need any card to enter. The staff is really nice and helpful. The library is very big and they have several books. Very quiet place to study or read a book. I recommend

Should I draw kind attention of Idea store management/ authority…, today I have taken a seat on the 3rd floor near lift when felt too much lifting noise especially staff moving too much then change place in front of learning lab 5, again staff enter and coming out from the room also makes too much noise which really disturbing for silently Readers. Therefore, I earnestly request to the idea store authority to look at this issues please. Thanks

This library has been amazing over the past 3 to 4 years I really liked to study. I was always in a zone and really helped me to get good grades in my A levels.

I need to ask will the 4th floor be available for us again like ever. Please open it soon I really loved studying there.

A community hub and a modern library all under one roof. Haven for avid readers. Light and purpose built building. Excellent customer service. An asset to the borough. In middle of Whitechapel market selling fruit and veg to fresh fish.

A very futuristic library. High speed internet, computers and lots of books make this a great place.

Hidden gem beside the busy Whitechapel tube station. Registration process was quick and easy, there is also a good collection of books and CDs. Perhaps people shouldn't be talking on the phone inside the library.

One of the worst public services in London. No one answers the phone on their Idea store main number and you're greeted with an automated message and then repeats itself with no option to speak to a human! Even their courses number comes with an automated 'your calls can not be completed' and then calls cuts out!
