Coming here doesn't promise you a seat and comfortable place to study, small in that essence. However it's quiet pleasant when u do so

They know well enough, staff are usually short recruited well welcomed and spacious area. everyone has done well the customer service- experiences, making the difference to the community i'd give credit for their everything. The system breaks down but softwares quick and made simple but slow. Hope they make more affordable technology and faster. like other systems such as department store where their one is quick on transaction :) In summary; lack in technology but excelled customer service.

I went to get a temporary parking permit and experience was quite a pleasant one. Gentleman called Nick served me quickly and efficiently. He is a very pleasant and warm person and excellent in customer service. I was there about 30 minute and very impressed with the service.

It depends by the staff you find. So if you find the womans usually is fine. If there is a probably indian male age around 30-40 with glasses and you don t have your membership card with you, he will not do anything to help you. Even if you show him your bank details, the card of another library, or other proof of address that is not a house contract he will answer with abrupt tone . I did not warm to him, and i did not feel as though he has an open and approchable personality. He could have improved my impression by smiling and making effort to meet my necessities. He has short hair, brown, with glasses. Guess 5.8- foot inches tall. I m a usual guest of this library which as a student sometimes find me quieter than university one. I felt bad i had to find another place to study,.since i had forgot my laptop. So if you don t have it and you find that person he won t give you the.access to their computers even nobody using it.

I am very angry because after two months I still do not have internet in my house. My sister and I have called a thousand times and we still have not got someone to come and open the access key for the engineer. We went last week and booked for today. I had to present myself again at the council to know why the person who had to come to open the access did not come. The worker called the department in charge and the only thing we have obtained was a refusal by the workers because none of them wanted to come and open the key after 4pm, when they should have come and it was their job. Now, again, we have to book with the engineer of the internet company and book with one of your "professionals" to come and open the key. I'M NOT HAPPY FOR ANYTHING, IT'S ALREADY 2 MONTHS WITH THIS MATTER.

This library is a bit small but still ok. It has three floors, adults,youth and childrens. Also on the ground floor it has a one stop shop for help and advice on council issues.

I wait with my ticket for over 1 hour, I also spoke with a girl that told me that my number would be call soon..after 10 min my number was cancelled from the display and the girl disappear. I spoke with an other employee and she told me to look for this girl or take an other ticket. In the while I paid more than £10 parking and I had to come back home with no service at all and quite upset for all the time wasted. Really not professional, at least someone could help me because I had (and I still have) the ticket but was easier send me to take a new ticket (because we got a lot of time to waste right ?? )
So bad...
