I've been using this library for many years and have never had a bad experience. The self-service machines are very easy to use and you can use them to pay for reservations and other fees, cash is also accepted. Staff have always been helpful and friendly.

Delighted that the library has remained open for click and collect. Staff have been very friendly and helpful and it has been wonderful to be able to reserve books during this lockdown. Surrey CC has a wide range that can be reserved. Looking forward to when the library reopens in full!

The young red haired lady working in the library this morning was so helpful & obviously happy to help & assist with my & others enquiries. Lovely to see someone happy in her job!
