Great fast

I constantly have problems with the staff at reception. Absolutely rude, disrespectful and incompetent. Every single person gives different answer. I have been told, in 1 day 3 different versions regarding my lost repeat prescription. And none seems to be based on truth. Everything is kind of made up just to get rid of me or something like that.
I have been sent to chemist across the road twice and chemist doesn't seem to have an idea either. I am thinking to write a formal complaint about Abercynon surgery. It's gone from being a good place down to horrible.

They can sometimes be a little hard to get hold of; but all the staff I've had the pleasure of meeting have been welcoming, empathetic and professional. A lovely practice to be under.

I had to contact with an issue, that after questioning I was needing to be seen face to face. I was seen by Dr Sanghani who was very thorough in her exam and very professional. Very happy with the service provided
