After reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive to say the least but I needn't had worried. Exemplary service from getting a same day appointment and thank you so much to the two wonderful nurses who looked after me after fainting out of the blue.

A disgrace. Never in my life have I been spoken to so rudely and dismissively by 2 of the doctors there. I have mental health issues which clearly, in their view, means you can't possibly be physically ill. The staff don't understand the simplest of questions and the admin systems to get a simple repeat prescription are a mess. No help whatsoever and am changing surgery.

Thanks for nothing Cwmaman surgery, 3 week wait, for a form to be filled in, countless phone calls, visits, promised callbacks(none happened) 1 visit to Prince Charles Hospital,busy consultant signed forms within the hour.

Rang this morning with a very bad cough and bringing up phlegm. Afraid to take over the counter medicine because of my Epilepsy. Receptionist at Cwmbach decided to make a medical decision that I was not ill enough for a medical triage.

This surgey is a joke, promised call back 4 times in 1 day for important test results no call back still waiting,, staff rude, avoid Dr Davies at all costs
Thinking of changing practice

After a initial rocky start with Cwmaman Surgery, I have now been with the practice for a year and a half, 99% of the reception staff are absolutely lovely, so helpful and friendly, Dr Davies and Dr Rowe have been brilliant with my 3 girls, never struggled to get a appointment or call back!

Need a form filled in by doctor to get my health insurance and lady I'm speaking to won't even ask the doctor and because I'm calling so much is being offish with way she speaks. I need this to pay my bills and mortgage.
She says only one doctor there does private and that's same one who does covid clinic. Surly if there is such a back log another gp should help?.
