coin operated machine not working. unable to figure out other ways to pay that worked. expect a fine is on the way. Poor signage. this place needs help.

Dreadful car park. Pay and display machines covered so unable to buy a ticket. Unable to download app to pay for parking so left and went to another car park. Waste of time

Lots of parking spaces in this multi-storey. Quite close together though so need to be parked properly in the lines. APCOA parking needs an app or telephone call payment. There's a service charge for each; I.e. should have been £4.20 for all day parking but ended up charged £5 instead. Stairs towards the shops need proper signage to take you UPWARDS to the exit; otherwise, you end up in a smelly, urine soaked dead-end by going down.

Parking meters don't work now it's an app or a phone call to a computer talking to you. The meters have a card facility so I don't know why I can't use it. I understand no cash as someone needs to empty them and that's an overhead, but using the card facility isn't. I don't like having to give my bank details over the phone as I don't know if it's secure. Swiping my card at the meter is safer. Saying that it's only £1 an hour to park.

No machines working, android app due to bank requiring authorisation didn't book in car, rang the phone number and went through OK. Got frustrated over it all.

The only method of payment is via an app.Coin machine out of service.

Went there to get to COVID vaccination centre. Perfectly good parking but paying was a right palaver. App wasn't working, phone number wouldn't even ring. Eventually managed to pay by going to website. Less tech able elderly couple were getting really distressed by the same problems. Lucky to have been there same time to tell them what did work.

*NCP app didn't work for some reason.
*Used PayByPhone app.
*Dirty stair cases, hot spot for group of young school kids to smoke weed inside the parking lot and staircases.
