NCP Car Park Crawley Kingsgate

The prices have just been raised (late July 2016), almost doubled to £2.30 for 12 hours, £5 for 24 hours from £2 for a day.
The lift is shut down from 6:30pm which is a drag for anyone on the higher levels coming back later in the evening.
Still, not a bad option for Crawley Rail Station. It's open 24/7 so you can have a late night in London and not worry about the car park having closed. As long as you get the last train from LON you'll be OK.

I do not mind a walk so maybe take this into consideration but i used this car park for a recent visit abroad as the semi local.... trains take you to Gatwick. Really well priced, really straight forward. I am happy to have found somewhere that is safe for my car when i go away and doesnt cost as much as the trip.

£160 fine through the post from a debt collecting agency stating I have not paid my original fine issued by this car park back from 3 months ago, which I never even received! Customer service not responding either within a whole week leaving no choice but to pay or the fine increases. Avoid this car park, plenty of other decent ones in the area.

I parked here today 4th Oct 2019 .Had to go up to the 8th floor to find a space. ???
On exiting the floor I was a a bit put out to find 2 people looking really dishevelled ,shouting and drinking alcohol lounging in the space at the top of the stairs .Not really happy leaving my car but had already parked .
On returning I used the lift to avoid confronting them again .
Mistake ,there was a huge puddle of urine in the lift which I had already trod in as the doors closed .
I will not be using this unmanned parking again .
No security ,smells really awful on the stairs and in the lift as being used as a toilet now .

Good price for all day parking and have always found a space. The ticket machine is confusing; luckily the person next to me helped me out. Otherwise it would have taken a while. Apart from that, it's okay.

It was good but the sign boards are confusing. The visitors could benefit more if the sign boards have clearer directions.

Fairly new security gates installed at entrance and exit to the car park.

An absolute pain now it's automated
