We visited Bristol for a week and parked here on 22/08/22. When I returned on 24/08, the car had been broken into and ransacked with loads of stuff stolen.

I reported it to British Parking Association, who extol the virtues of this car park because of their accreditation Mark to be told that this accreditation had been withdrawn because of the issues with this site. Unfortunately, this information came to me too late, and after I'd parked there again because of its vicinity to the hotel that I was staying in, and the car was broken into again with everything else being stolen.

I parked my car between 12.30 - 17.30 Saturday 22/10/22. When I arrived back I had been broken into and belongings stolen. I hadn’t reward reviews before hand a less learnt. Please don’t park here not only do they rob you of the cost of parking your car will get broken into. Will not let me post this review unless I give it a start.

Last Friday car was broken into when left overnight. Luckily we had emptied car due to previous warnings on this review. Just a mess left.

£19.75 for 5 hours parking is an absolute disgusting display of abuse from higher corporations. Only used this because Cabot, Galleries and Broadmead was full. Disgusting

Do not leave your car here, my colleague had her car windows smashed in and things stolen. The stairs were foul and just avoid this place, blood on the door and handles also.

Chose this carpark as it was recommended on the Radisson Blu website. Pulled into this carpark at about 22:00, greeted by a hooded cyclist riding up the entrance ramp. Lots of broken glass on the floor, (car window glass). Dropped my bags at the hotel and came back to move the car to another car park, charged £3.95 for 33min, what a con. Dodgy expensive carpark.

Do not park here, entrance/exit is way too narrow. QR code wouldn’t work so was stuck at the gate for 25 minutes. Ncp call centres seem to be non existent. Shocking service for the price of the parking. Corporate discount code didn’t work and no response from return form filled in 2 weeks ago.

AVOID

Do NOT park here. Very unsafe. I was only here for 2 hours and came back to my car being broken into. All so they could steal a hoodie. NCP claim there are no cameras in this car park yet there were very clearly cameras on our level, these are obviously just there for show. Their T&C’s ask that you call them if something has happened, it took an hour for them to answer and they couldn’t have cared any less.
