Paid at the machine using contactless, no tickets came out. Checked over cars and a few didn't have tickets so I assumed the printer wasn't working. I checked my bank and the full amount was 'pending', which is normal for a Saturday, it will leave account on Monday. Checked account on monday and no money had left and nothing pending. Basically the carpark had cancelled it. Few weeks later I get the fine come through. Absolute joke. I will contest it as it is a blatant scam! Use a different car park.

My husband got fined even though he'd used contactless card payment. This place is abysmal. Caused us a load of hassle.

Was fined even though I didn’t eventually park as all my payment methods were rejected. Tried to register with the app but I didn’t have my card and it wasn’t going to allow me use Apple Pay as other parking companies. The person before me has similar experience, my advise is if you payment gets rejected once, it would be better to just leave and look for a Better parking company.
