Hanchurch woods carpark

Lovely walk and great for dogs. Only drawback is lack of signs and very bumpy access road. But worth it as long as you don't get lost. Very muddy at present but where isn't.

Good car park, quiet, middle of woodland and instant access to paths. Minor issue with a dog walker with a VERY yappy/barking dog. Spoilt the tranquiity of our sylvan idyll.

Nice place for a quiet walk with plenty of free parking. Didn't stay that long but there seemed to be plenty of routes that are nicely shaded but this is based on how long i spent there. Will definitely visit again.

There are bins! I usually hate it when there aren't any because people hate bringing their rubbish home so it's good there's a bin here, it just means there's not much rubbish littered about.

The carpark itself is an okay size, not huge but isn't too small. Some people park just before the carpark as well. I've never seen the carpark full either and I've been a few times now, during a weekday and weekend.

The car park is very ruff. Not suitable for lowered cars.
