Paid for a ticket and parked here last month, got a parking fine for £60 a few weeks later. Thankfully I still had the ticket in my car so sent back a picture of it and it was cancelled, but what if I had thrown the ticket away?

Enter reg number in pay and display, select number of hours, tell it you don't want a receipt, can't read the screen on the card reader so have to shade it with my hand and squat down, insert card, squint at screen again, enter pin, wait... "TIMED OUT"

Repeat this another two times, give up and download the app.

App doesn't support auto-fill so had to manually type out all my information. Enter all my card information... app bugs out so I can't save my card information.

Give up and drive to a different car park.

In total it took us nearly 15 minutes to NOT EVEN MANAGE TO PAY FOR PARKING.

Just been handed a parking fine for this location despite paying £10.95 for an overnight stay. Have just sent them my bank statement showing a clear transaction for this venue. Appalling level of service. Machines very hard to use and clearly issues with their ANPR tech. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Used this car park on 13th June. Paid using contactless and no ticket produced from the screen, tried again and still no ticket. Ended up paying twice. On the 14th I received a refund on one of the charges, but then they charged me again immediately after even though I'm sitting at home!!! Thieves

Bad parking at car park .they need to sort parking meter stations out. Down loading the app ,trying to pay by card several people gave up or try to ask me. Even i struggled to see the screen and pay. Sort it out.

Not a huge car park, but ideal for the shops etc.
But it's very expensive.

Expensive and make sure you put the correct number plate in. otherwise its very very expensive as you get a ticket without warning

Small, expensive and odd shape. But handy position for Lincoln High Street.
