NCP Car Park Cardiff Westgate Street

Parked here 7 August 2022, big mistake. Not only was it costly, £14.00 for just over 2 hours. the parking bays were narrow. The stairwell smelled worse than a sewer, and to end it all somebody caused damage to my car. A really expensive visit to Cardiff

Okay, this carpark is very secure and well lit, with clean stair Wells. But wow it is tight to get a car around, should have used a smart car. Also the payment machine was broken, so had to pay online.

This carpark use to be one of the more secure carparks in Cardiff. The doors would close after you enter and it had number plate recognition to open when you paid to leave, also the stairs and lifts couldn't get used unless you were using the carpark. Today we went there not realising that this carpark is now a free for all, people walking around shaking cups with money in at you and the stairways smell so bad it makes you heave!! £19:00 to park for a few hours shopping.

Grubby, horribly, smelly and very very expensive! Very narrow and tight to manoeuvre around with small spaces. Absolutely criminal they are allowed to charge these prices regardless of the location. Avoid this grotty rip-off dump of a car park. Literally the worst car park I’ve had the misfortune to visit. Owners should be ashamed of themselves charging over £25 for 5 hours.

Didn't put any signs out the day before a large rugby match to point out the fact they were closing from 11-7 so when my family and myself returned to be informed we would be trapped until 7pm if the signs had been out the day before I would of moved the car to another car park. goes without saying I will not be using this car park again

Definitely the worst car park I've ever parked in. £7.90 for 2 hours. Posts right in the middle of the car park which makes it difficult to park and then when I came back to the car I saw two homeless people taking drugs in the car park. You shouldn't be allowed to charge for this terrible car park.

So expensive! £24,95 for 4 hours 33 mins!
Hallways smelts of urine, grubby and space is narrow to manoeuvre the car. Will not be using this car park ever again! Disgusting on all levels! AVOID using this place.

Terrible car park. Small parking spaces....cant even get out of your car! One working lift that takes forever and extremely dirty. And for all of this you pay a fortunr to park for a few hours. Be warned and find parking elsewhere!
