Ticket machine needs an overhaul, my elderly uncle was struggling to enter his vehicle reg and make payment. I followed the instructions provided and paid with my card. No payment was taken and a pcn was generated. Not happy at all. And he is not the only member of my family that has struggled to pay at this machine. My uncle was subsequently fined shortly after.

ALL Ticket machines not working (common theme by looks of it), APP wouldn’t load and after 8 minutes on the phone to customer services trying to give over £2 to park and needing to spell everything phonetically I gave up and drove elsewhere to park. Who thought pay and park would be so difficult to get right in this day and age eh?

Such a convenient carpark for the Doctor's, especially now that mum can't walk far. There are plenty of parking spaces available, but you do have to pay. The only problem today is that both paying machines weren't working, so I took some photos incase.

It's a car park. Located convenienty for town but far enough away to have reasonable prices. One down side is that it apparently does not accept cash payments, but there is a card reader and the NCP parking app works well.

A decent enough car park, access is not great and the ticket machines only ever seem to take card only. However prices are good at only 50p for every half hour or £4 for the full day. Plenty of spaces available.
