The Staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The customer care I received second to none & the show room has a wide variety of rad colours and styles.
We had a fabulous experience selecting our radiators. It was a big purchase item of our refurbishment and I feel I have value for money and the assurance we ordered the correct bespoke sizes for our space and heat requirements. Would definitely recommend to others.

John and Judith were very helpful with my order. The whole process from point of sale to delivery was efficient. I purchased Tuba radiators in various sizes for a whole house remodel and they look great and perform well. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely fab service. I visited the showroom a few weeks ago with my husband as we are considering renovating our home next year and i believe we were assisted by the manager there who was kind enough to calculate how much heat we would need as we had no clue and she also gave us some options of what radiators would work - with additional information we needed to consider before selecting a product. I would highly recommend visiting if you want a great service and want a variety of options to view.

Natalie at The Radiator Centre was really helpful in sorting out the right option for the room and was really quick in replying to my online requests for information. Radiator ordered and should arrive in four weeks. Certainly can't fault the service so far.

The range of radiators and options at The Radiator Centre, could at first glance seem daunting.

Judith at the Clapham store turned advising on the right radiator for our large Edwardian living room into an art form.

Her encyclopaedic knowledge of colour, size shape and form made the process seamless and a real experience.

It's interesting to see all the reviews are either 5 star or 1 star.
Whilst the staff in store were nice to me, unlike some of the experiences below, I still would not recommend them at all.
Firstly, they charge you £240 for someone to come to your house for 10 mins to check your measurements. When I asked for someone to double check the measurements I did, I assumed they would send a fitter, but it's just someone from the store.
Additionally, Whilst they told me someone needed to be in when the radiators to be delivered to help them be brought it, it was not made clear that the driver will just leave them on the curbside and not help you!
Overall I really just wish I went through our installer instead and regret using them, I would not recommend to a friend.
