Great experience with Dominic at the Islington showroom. He was so knowledgeable and we had a very positive experience. He really listened to what we wanted and help guide us to the best options without being salesy. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything, which was a huge relief and it actually made me want to give him my business, especially because he was so nice and helpful. We'll be telling our friends and coming back next time. :-)

Excellent service, products and prices. From the initial phone call, Pete at the Islington branch was very helpful - he calculated the heat input needed and prepared before our visit in store to save time. In a short time-frame in store, Pete discussed with us and helped us make the decisions. The contact after that was impeccable, also from Dominic. Really impressed and would definitely not look anywhere else for radiators. The ability to chose different RAL colours and fittings was also a bonus.

Excellent customer service, from beginning to end - bought our lovely radiators from the Islington store but also visited the Clapham store to view different models. Impressed with genuine costumer care, friendliness and expertise of staff, highly recommend.

Excellent service! Pete patiently explained to me how to choose the radiators and also helped me calculating heat map, amount and sizes of radiators I need. He is very responsive via email and phone and very courteous and pleasant in person.
