Lorraine was very professional and helpful from the outset, advising on a few enhancements to the property and we are pleased to say found a suitable tenant fairly quickly. She took account of our letting criteria and made the whole process extremely easy. We are happy to leave the management in her very capable hands.

Jasmine, Briony and Matt all helped to ensure the sale proceeded as smoothly as possible. They were proactive in keeping me informed about the progress of the sale at every stage. 10/10 and can not fault them - Jazz Martin especially. She arranged a viewing just a few hours after first calling up the branch, in her own evening time too. Within 2 working days we had our offer in and accepted, and Jazz assisted consistently throughout, keeping us updated even over a weekend, amazing service!

First time I've used the letting services from Morton New and I have to say it was the best experience of renting I've had. Right from the viewing and right up to signing the tenancy, Lorraine Truswell did not miss a beat. Absolutely nothing to stress about. She always rang when she said she would ( rare these days ) everything was explained and also given written details of everything there was to know as a tenant.
