I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Fairway Lettings. I have been a customer, in the capacity of a landlord, for 5 years,and most recently as the seller of an investment property. Collectively,James,Mark and Steve are all highly professional and efficient in their approach. They have always been very open and honest in regard to the process and offer excellent customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and I believe they go above and beyond to help. They are an asset to the village and I wish them every success.

Fairway properties have been amazing to us during the process of our house sale. We have been one of their first house sales and they have been extremely helpful and professional throughout.
We hit a few rocky points during the process with regards to solicitors etc but fairway properties were on the ball and were contacting them daily to help speed the process along for us. We have been so happy with their service that they have provided and we would 100% recommend them to any of our friends or family that were looking at selling their home.

Fairway are a really down to earth, helpful and friendly bunch. It was such a breath of fresh air to finally find a Lettings company that treated you like a valued person, not just a name on a file. When viewing a property (which is now our home) we were blown away by the helpfulness, knowledge and enthusiasm from Mark. After applying for the property we were kept fully in the loop, no question was too much of an issue to be resolved and the application paperwork was simple. We would definitely recommend fairway. Customer service comes first and they are always available to help up! They are trustworthy, friendly and professional, couldn't ask for more from a Lettings agent!

I have used Fair-Way to manage my rental property for 8 years and so when it came to selling the property it was a no brainer that I use them for the sale too. From a cost perspective they were also the best.
The Sale was during the Covid period and we faced many hurdles. The team were fantastic as they supported the Sale. There were certain periods of the transaction when I would call them almost everyday (no word of a lie) for progress and updates, as the buyer was not as proactive as Fairway and myself. Mark, Steve and James were always polite and professional. They acted as my counsellor and therapist at time as I not only vented my frustrations of the process, but I also valued their experience and often had to be guided by them.
Their knowledge and experience are extensive, and I would have no doubt in recommending Fair-Way for Sales and Lettings.

Not great experience with the company. The staff called personally to ask me to remove the negative review with a rude tone and entitlement. Don’t recommend going to this agency.
