I rarely write reviews, but we used this agency to look for an apartment and Sarah -the viewings consultant- was just amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and kind, showed us the place in detail, she was writing down everything that she thought the owners should take care of, or needs further discussion which we really appreciated. She cared to understand and help us figure out if the place is well suited for our family. We followed up with her and the team and they replied promptly all of our questions. We have seen a lot of agents during our house hunting but she was by far the best. Would totally recommend.

I have been renting a property let by Martin & Co for almost 3 years and the experience was very good with them.
However it has been impossible to get my deposit amount back. Its been more than a month since I left the property and I have tried calling the branch and sending emails to them regarding my deposit but there has been no response from them.
